Our FACULTY
Our history begins on September 25th, 1961, with the creation of the UABC school of higher education: the School of Economics and Administrative Sciences, which at the time had a degree in Economics and a Public Accountant.
In this way, on May 20th, 1962, the University Council decided to separate the careers, for this reason the School of Commerce and Administration was created and it is in 1987 that it acquires its current name as the Faculty of Accounting and Administration.

In the year 2040, the Faculty of Accounting and Administration is a leading institution in the training of professionals and researchers in the business field, recognized nationally and internationally for its leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship. It has all its programs acknowledged for their excellent quality and accredited by national and international organizations. It is recognized as a transformative agent of social progress. The research conducted responds to the needs of the environment and contributes to the innovative development and application of knowledge. Sustainable development, human development, inclusion, equity, and social justice are promoted, seeking comprehensive education with a strong humanistic sense, equity, and social justice, contributing to the full realization of the individual.
